I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the counsellor for creating such a nurturing and safe space. Being able to share the parts of my story that I've kept hidden for so long has been incredibly liberating. The counsellor's compassionate and non-judgmental listening has brought me immense comfort, especially during these challenging times. I thank the counsellor for reflecting my pain back to me with such kindness and for reminding me that healing is within reach. The unwavering support I was given has truly ignited a sense of hope in my heart.

It is comprehensive. She explains clearly about how common my situation is. She knows how to identify one of my symptoms of my medication.
She gave me affirmations that assure me.

Masya Allah Tabarakallah. I have been experiencing the discomfort of being anxious and angry since 11 Nov 2025. After venting it out during counselling on 14 Nov, I feel so much lighter. She affirmed me that my anger is to protect my mum and that is a righteous anger. Allah As Salam provides me with guidance towards clarity, confidence and calmness. Dr Noraini is always a great listener, kind and never judgemental. Her emotion that is in peace is helpful for me to accept my discomfort that I am experiencing. She taught me about 4 elements in decision making: (1) Keadilan (2) Rahmah (3) Hikmah (4) Maslahah

The counsellor validated my feelings and supported me through the challenges I’m facing. Having a Muslim counsellor has made a meaningful difference, as it allows me to navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence and clarity. The combination of emotional support and Islamic guidance has been truly empowering.
